Western Jamboree (1938) is a musical comedy by Ralph Staub and starring Gene Autry (aka The Singing Cowboy), Smiley Burnette (Petticoat Junction) and Jean Rouverol in her final acting role before turning to screenwriting and being a victim of the Hollywood Blacklist.

Produced and distributed by Republic Pictures, the $55,000 budgeted film features ten musical numbers to tell the story of our singing protagonist, who goes up against a gang of outlaws looking to steal the valuable helium gas beneath his ranch.
